Hello, my name is Aria.
I live quietly at the very end of the Club Cottage enclave in the Ranch at Cordillera, where the mountains stretch wide and the air feels a little fresher. From where I sit, the views of the Gore Range unfold endlessly across the horizon, painting a different masterpiece with every sunrise and sunset.
Over the years, I have welcomed laughter, long dinners, and unforgettable gatherings with family and friends who came together to enjoy the beauty of mountain life. My recently renovated deck became a favorite place to linger -- a space where morning coffee tastes better, evening wine lasts a little longer, and the vast Colorado sky never fails to impress. From there, a one-of-a-kind staircase leads down to a charming, tucked-away patio below, a peaceful little hideaway surrounded by nature.
Inside, my rooms were designed to bring people together while still offering space to retreat and relax. My great room rises with soaring ceilings and a warm gas fireplace that anchors the heart of the home. Two primary suites provide comfort and privacy, while downstairs another bedroom suite and an oversized den welcome guests with ease.
There is even a story behind the antique bar imported from Europe, which has hosted countless toasts and late-night conversations over the years.
With more than 3,400 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space, I offer both elegance and warmth, all within one of Cordillera's most amenity-rich neighborhoods.
